The 42.3 recoil and reload buffs still stand. The RPD cannot take a foregrip or a muzzle. For everything else the baseline build is unchanged: Compensator, Half Grip or Tilted Grip, Hybrid Scope, extended mag. Half Grip now gives +16% horizontal recoil control after absorbing the removed Angled Foregrip's role, and Tilted Grip gives +12% vertical, +6% horizontal and +25% camera-shake control.
